++Gaza Fears

I was just reading this story about the the recent evacuation and/or eviction of Jews from the Gaza Strip. I'm a bit concerned about this. Though I wish with all my heart that: 1) They had managed to live in peace without a clear divide or 2) More time would have been given to allow people to move of their own accord I'm even more worried that this could lead to more fighting. I refuse to place blame. How many more people have to die? I hope this is the end...

I don't disagree with you. I'm glad they're working on SOME resolution on the whole situation, though.

I heard on the radio this morning that a lot of these families have been offered compensation to move -- up to $400,000 -- that's A LOT of money. At least they're getting something for their inconvenience. I know it's more an issue of principle, but I guess something's better than nothing...
